At Green Garden Eco Resort, we know that your pet is part of the family, and we want you to share your travel experiences with them; they need a vacation too. That's why, from the moment you arrive, your pet will feel right at home with everything needed to be comfortable and happy.

Included with your pet's accommodation is our "Friendly Pack", consisting of Bed, food dish, drinking bowl, blanket and toys. 

  • Only dogs are accepted in 2 bedroom Villas and 1 bedroom Golf View.
  • Only 1 pet per villa.
  • Maximum weight 10 kg.
  • Up to date veterinary / vaccination certificate.
  • The pet must have an identification chip.
  • Compulsory liability insurance.
  • Pets are allowed to stay on the outside terrace of the restaurant.
  • It is forbidden to take pet food out of the restaurant.
  • There is an extra charge for your pet, €30 per day.
  • It is totally forbidden to leave your pet alone in the villa.

Conditions for accommodation with your pet

Accommodation is subject to previous request as we must respect our limit of animals in the establishment per night. You may request your pet accommodation by directly contacting our reservations department.

What type of animal is permitted?
‘Doggies’ máximum weight 10kg. 

Do you have a dogsitter available to take care of my pet?
No, unfortunately not at the moment. Pets must be supervised at all times by their owner. 

May I walk through communal areas of the hotel with my pet?
No. Pets are not allowed in the hotel's bars and restaurants or in the general swimming pool area. Pets are allowed to stay on the outdoor terrace of the restaurant and in the designated areas.

May I leave my pet alone in the Villa?
It is totally forbidden to leave your pet alone in the villa. 

Which documentation must I present on arrival at the hotel?
It is compulsory to present an up-to-date veterinary/vaccination certificate in accordance with current Spanish regulations, civil liability insurance and they must have an identification chip. A copy of this documentation will be made at check-in.

The hotel holds the right to refuse the entrance of any pet that does not have the correct requirements.

What are the rules for my pet to abide by in the hotel?
We require good behaviour that does not cause any problems for the relaxation of our other guests. In the event of any problems of this sort the hotel has the right to ask you to remove your pet.
